How All-on-X Works
Step 1: Comprehensive Consultation & Imaging
Your journey begins with a thorough evaluation that includes 3D cone beam CT scanning, digital impressions, and a full assessment of your oral health, bone density, and facial structure. This allows us to plan your implant placement with pinpoint accuracy before a single incision is made.
Step 2: Custom Treatment Planning
Using advanced digital planning software, we map out the precise angle, depth, and position of each implant to maximize contact with available bone — even in patients who have experienced significant bone loss. Step 3: Implant Placement

What are Bridges and am I eligible?
Implant-supported bridge
An implant-supported bridge replaces missing teeth without relying on adjacent natural teeth for support, which helps preserve your remaining tooth structure and overall oral health. The bridge uses an artificial tooth, or pontic, that is anchored by dental implants rather than natural teeth, and is permanently secured in place. Because it doesn't depend on surrounding teeth, this option provides superior strength, stability, and a more natural look and feel—making it an excellent choice for patients missing one or more teeth.
Tooth-supported bridge (traditional)
A tooth-supported bridge is the most common type of dental bridge and relies on the natural teeth on either side of the gap for support. To place the bridge, the adjacent teeth are filed down and fitted with crowns that anchor the artificial tooth, or pontic, restoring both function and appearance. This method is effective and long-lasting, but it does require the supporting teeth to be healthy and free of decay, since the process of altering them cannot be reversed once completed.
Am I a Candidate?
Patients missing two or more teeth in a row may be candidates for an implant-supported bridge, provided they have a strong, healthy jawbone. If bone density is insufficient, a bone graft may be needed first. Any underlying oral health issues, such as decay or gum disease, must be treated before implant surgery, and candidates should be in good overall health and committed to ongoing oral hygiene.
