All-on-X/Full Arch Implants – Permanent Teeth Replacement for a Complete, Confident Smile
A Permanent, Life-Changing Solution for Missing or Failing Teeth
Losing multiple teeth — or facing the prospect of dentures — can feel overwhelming. It affects how you eat, how you speak, and how you feel about your appearance. But modern implant dentistry has transformed what's possible, and All-on-X full arch restoration is at the forefront of that transformation.
All-on-X is a revolutionary implant-supported restoration that replaces an entire arch of teeth — upper, lower, or both — using as few as four to six strategically placed dental implants. The result is a fixed, permanent set of teeth that looks completely natural, functions like your own teeth, and is designed to last a lifetime with proper care.
Unlike traditional dentures, All-on-X restorations don't slip, don't require adhesives, and don't need to be removed at night. They are anchored securely into your jawbone and become a permanent part of your smile — giving you the confidence and freedom to eat, laugh, and live without compromise.

Not All Dental Labs Are Created Equal
Are Missing Most or All of Your Teeth
All-on-X is specifically designed to replace an entire arch of teeth with a fixed, implant-supported restoration — making it the gold standard solution for patients with extensive tooth loss.
Are Unhappy With Your Current Dentures
If you're struggling with loose, uncomfortable, or ill-fitting dentures that limit what you can eat or make you feel self-conscious, All-on-X offers a permanent, fixed alternative that eliminates those frustrations entirely.
Have Experienced Bone Loss
One of the most significant advantages of All-on-X over traditional implants is its ability to work with reduced bone volume. By angling the posterior implants strategically, we can often place All-on-X without the need for bone grafting — even in patients who have been told they don't have enough bone for implants.
Want a Permanent, Low-Maintenance Solution
All-on-X restorations are cleaned just like natural teeth — brushing, flossing, and regular dental checkups. No adhesives, no soaking overnight, no removal. For patients who want a permanent, hassle-free solution, it's unmatched.
How All-on-X Works
Step 1: Comprehensive Consultation & Imaging
Your journey begins with a thorough evaluation that includes 3D cone beam CT scanning, digital impressions, and a full assessment of your oral health, bone density, and facial structure. This allows us to plan your implant placement with pinpoint accuracy before a single incision is made.
Step 2: Custom Treatment Planning
Using advanced digital planning software, we map out the precise angle, depth, and position of each implant to maximize contact with available bone — even in patients who have experienced significant bone loss. This is what makes All-on-X possible for patients who were previously told they weren't implant candidates.
Step 3: Implant Placement
On the day of surgery, the dental implants are placed into the jawbone under local anesthesia or sedation. In most cases, any remaining failing teeth are extracted at the same appointment, eliminating the need for a separate procedure.
Step 4: Temporary Teeth — Same Day
In most All-on-X cases, a full set of temporary teeth is attached to the implants on the same day as surgery. You leave our office with a complete, functional smile — not a gap.
Step 5: Final Restoration
After a healing period of several months — during which the implants fuse permanently with the jawbone in a process called osseointegration — your temporary restoration is replaced with your final, custom-crafted permanent teeth. The result is a full arch of beautiful, natural-looking teeth built to last decades.
